Low Induction Modules?

In order to test my circuit I'm required to use loads of 1 Ohm and 100 Ohms (11V output). I was going to use resistors in parallel but the spec I'm working to says "low induction modules shall be used as resistors". Sorry to brain fart here but does that mean I have to use something different? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The leads to a resistor will be inductive and wire wound resistors will be inductive.
What power and frequency is involved.
