Hi guys i recently bought this book called
"The Art of Electronics"
By Paul Horowitz, Winfield Hill

which according to me
is suitable to people who like electronics , but they hate the "MATHEMATICAL" part of it

The authors of the book have emphasized more on the practical approach than the theoretical
approach to electronics.

I would recommend this book to any hobbyist/electronics enthusiast , and all others who are
really willing to learn electronics

The official website of the book is at http://frank.harvard.edu/aoe/

If you have read this book already , please share your opinions !! :)

Brilliant is the least you can say of that book, but while those guys do take a practical apprroach their book is not devoid of maths and they do promote the mathematical approach, especially (as I recall) in the matter of phase-locked loops.
Maths is a really, really useful skill in electronics, and elsewhere.
For as good a book on maths as "The Art of Electronics" is on electronics, try this: "Engineering Mathematics" by K.A. Stroud. You'll love it (I hope!).

Thanks Poor Mystic. I might look that book up. I'm no slouch with mathematics, but I've not done any applied math in this area (I did pure mathematics at university many, many years ago).
