Looking for relay to switch 110VAC from 5V input, anything ready made?

I know there has got to be a device somewhere that does this:

Basically I want a small box with a 110VAC power receptacle and a 110VAC
input, the box has some sort of input that allows a low voltage signal to
activate a relay inside, switching the 110VAC device plugged into the
receptacle.

I am looking for something ready made and UL listed, though it would be
simple to build this.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Really? Can you give me a digikey part # or two so I can look at them? I
have searched the digikey website and so far I can only come up with
components to build the item I describe. Like I said, I am looking for
something ready made and (preferably) UL listed. Buying components from
Digikey and building this device isn't a problem, but I imagine there is
already a product on the market that will fill this need.

Thanks,

Take a peek at www.hosfelt.com part no. Z120D10 3-32V dc control

The Furman MP-15 and MP-20 Power Relays are pretty close to what you're
looking for. See
<http://www.furmansound.com/products/pro/pwr_cond_seq/rel/rel5.php>.

Considering the cost of these things, I'd be strongly tempted to build my
own.

I've got tons of X10 stuff, its really great stuff even if its manufactured
quite cheaply. So far I haven't had any of my X10 stuff fail though I have
expected it all along.

For my current idea however, I do not want to use anything wireless like
X10. Thanks for taking the time to send me the link though!

Thanks!
