How do I get an LCD that can be suitably connected to an mp4 module at the video interface (marked blue) in this module.

seriously ??

the video output isn't going to give you a signal to drive a LCD display

You want an LCD monitor that accepts a video signal of the format delivered by that connection. I can only guess that its a 'basic video' (i.e. composite) given the two-wire connection.

Any video display with a YELLOW RCA socket input will probably work - or get a SCART connector with a yellow video-input RCA socket for your TV to prove the concept before splashing out on a dedicated display.

Right ? Want to use it to build a mini (say 5 by 3 inches mp4 player ). Hence using a monitor makes it too bulky for the project.

There are small lcd monitors available on places like Banggood for under $20.
They operate on PAL/NTSC so you will need to know if your video signal matches.
Manual for your device may show what it is.
Also 12v dc this particular one.

Do you know what format the video signal on your connector actually is?

Get it wrong and you're buying blind, potentially wasting your money.
