Interfacing of RAM in STM32F407ZG

Hi friends,
Yesterday I had a interview in a company about my project they have asked me how to interface the internal RAM with the STM32F407ZG.can anybody help me in this

Internal RAM or external RAM. If external RAM, SDRAM or SRAM?
When you declare RAM in code, its internal SRAM default.
