I cant step up voltage

Hello,
I taked motor from fan home heater,and small 6000rpm motor
I attach this motors and at output of heater motor which i use as generator get only 0,5v how i can setup this so that can produce 220v?

To use a motor as a generator, you will need one with a permanent magnet rotor.
A fan heater motor is likely to be a shaded pole motor with no permanent magnetism and hence no output.

It is brushless motor,it has no coil on rotor,if it has not coik or pernament magnet on rotor what it has?

A brushless motor with PM field should generate.
AC and BLDC motors have three winding's/conductors so should generate 3phase.
Many have a three phase or commutation controller built in, as per PC fans or HVAC ECM motors, in this case you will not see a generated output..
Here is an example 3ph output of a back fed BLDC motor.

Sounds like in induction motor but I don't see how it is 6krpm if ran off of 50/60Hz?

pidja105, your descriptions are all very unclear.
PLEASE draw a layout of how you expect everything to be connected ... what is powering the motor ( power source)
what is the generator supposed to be powering ?

NOONE else answer till this info is given by the OP
I want to see if this is a pointless thread or it has some merit ??
