I have a 18650 battery which rated 3.7V 4000mAh each.
And i also have a water pump which rated 6V 0.35A
I am going to use two 18650 battery in series to power the pump. Not sure how long do the batteries last? Thank you for all your help

Pretty simple if the pump draws constant .35A. That's 350mA - your batteries will be in series so you still only have 4000mAH capacity. Probably under 10 hours runtime. Your voltage is a little higher than 6V so you could get a little more or less runtime depending on the load.

Probably less time becasue the pump will draw more curent at the higher voltage.

I hope you experiment and share your findings. I read somewhere that most consumer type batterries are really rated at 1/10 A/hrs. A 10 A/hr battery doesn't really produce 10A for 1 hour, but more likely 1A for 10 hours. The more amps for a shorter period sounds more impressive but in reality it doesnt work that way.
