You need to follow the instructions for getting the correct windings of the coil in circuit with the correct phasing.

Also, an updated *sharp* image of the big Spring your improved soldering would be great.
They have another resistance not like in book i dont know what to do
here the result
T15:TP1=4.11V
T15:TP2=0.54V
T15:TP3=7.33V
T15:TP4=7.33V
T15:TP5=1.32V
T15:TP6=7.92V
T15:TP7=1.32V
i go to desoldeer FM party and i send you foto tomorow.

I'm not sure what got autocorrected to "big Spring", but I'd really like to see a new, sharp image of the board showing your soldering.

"BORIGN"? This is dyslectic for BORING. Maybe the Elenco kit manufacturer has dyslectic employees writing the assembly instructions.

Many years ago I made an Eico FM tuner kit that used vacuum tubes then later when FM stereo was invented I made a stereo multiplex decoder for it. They worked perfectly. My Heathkit stereo power amplifier also worked perfectly but its tubes needed replacements often. My old oscilloscope was also a kit and still works perfectly today.

Years ago, at work I won two Sony portable FM stereo Walkmans that play through headphones. I live in a big city and they are missing RF AGC so they are overloaded by the many strong radio stations. They have a "local-distant" attenuator switch to pickup the local stations without overload but then they do not pickup the distant stations.

I bought a Sylvania clock radio at a clearance store for only $1.75 and its radio parts pickup local FM stations very well but since the little speaker and low value coupling capacitors sound awful I used larger coupling capacitors and a cable to feed a 6.5" woofer/dome tweeter speaker so it sounds really good.

No in between amplification? The clock radio sufficient to drive a 6.5" speaker?

My cheap clock radio has an output at clipping of about 0.5W into 8 ohms (an LM386 power amp IC with a 9V supply) which is plenty for a bedroom. I never have the amplifier clipping. My 6.5" woofer and dome tweeter are much more efficient and are much louder than the squeaky little 3" speaker that the clock radio comes with.

I have an amplifier using an LM390 IC (it uses bootstrapping and a larger package for a higher output power than an LM386) powered from 9V that clips at 1.0W and is used for playing CDs. It drives another 6.5" woofer/dome tweeter.
