I am trying to specify the connector shown at

http://www.powerstream.com/z/2pole.jpg

to a company in china. Can anyone help me with a manufacturer,
part number, or even what these things are called? I have
spent many hours pouring through connector catalogs and web
pages and I am stumped!

Thanks

You can always send them a sample. Looks like something limited to the
automotive market.

I believe Radio Shack still sells those. They were found in their typical
blister packs or bag packs, with a pair at opposite ends of about 8 inches of
wire, mated (so the prospective buyer can't see what they look like, of
course!) Can't find them in the online catalog, though, so may be
discontinued. Auto parts places (Pep Boys, etc.) may have them too.
