Hello,

I am trying to determine the part number of a small cylindrical transformer
(PCB mounted) and hopefully find a replacement for it.

It was used in the context of a DC pulse filament drive circuit for a Vacuum
Fluorescent Display for a japanese device made in the late 1980's.

A picture and circuit diagram are available here:

Thanks for any help!

And, there is no manufacture name on the board, or device where it came out
of??? This most likely was made for them.

Thanks for responding Jerry.

To answer your questions, the mystery transformer is from a Roland JX-10
synthesizer...

A little more research has uncovered a probable Roland part number from the
JX-10 service manual:
#12449251 DC-DC Converter

Now I need to find out if Roland, or anyone else, still stocks it.

Cheers...
