Help bass guitar on-board pre-amp

Hi,

Anyone know where to get a schematic for a MEC 18 volt 3 band graphic as
used in Warwick Thumb bass guitar.
Its based around 1 TL062 and 1 TL064

The problem is very reduced output voltage ( not distorted ). I suspect
caps first, resistors second.

I forget the name of the company that imports Warwicks into the US. Do a
Google search to find them. Then contact their tech support dept. There's
a link right on the web site. I have done this in the past and they were
VERY helpful to me regarding technical issues I had with my Corvette FNA.
