Hi I'm trying to repair a induction cooking plate that has a fault.
i found out that the driver for one of the igbt (HGTG20N60A4D) is defect. i switched until i moved the error.

I just don´t know what this driver is so i cannot find a new one.

i attach a picture of the IGBT and also the driver hope someone outthere can help me with a part number or??

I would guess the driver has a proprietary part number on it.
The second line '0633' is probably the date code, made in 2006, 33rd week of manufacture.
It might help if you gave us the manufacturer of the cooking plate, someone here
might know their numbering system for the plate manufacturer.
It's a long-shot, but probably the best option right now.

Hi, my bet is that it can be an optocoupler. According to the PCB layout the component is located across an isolation area and there is an agency approvals marking on the package.

Probably, optocoupler is HCPL-3120

Marking method is typical for Agilent, Avego, HP
