Diode with One Volt cut in voltage

I'm doing some simulations with Orcad and I come to need a Diode with a cut-in voltage of 1 Volt.
I would be thankful if anybody introduce me a diode model with that characteristics.

What would be the use of a diode model without a matching real world equvalent?

Could you use a 1V zener diode?
Otherwise make a copy of any diode and change the knee voltage manually to 1V.

Don't know about Orcad, but in LTspice a crude model can be as simple as .model mydiode d(vfwd=1)
