Detect harmonics with arduino

How can I detect harmonics orders and total harmonic distortion of Ac power using arduino.

I need to build Ac power quality meter using Arduino

I wouldn't think that Mains THD would be a factor to loose sleep over. Is this project going to be measuring Mains or the output of a DC to AC Inverter.
