Is posible to make chines dc booster
To dc step down current.
From the pictures its just a litle swich of the wariable resistor and the other black thing, dont know what is it.,

You show a buck voltage converter that steps down the voltage and uses an IC to make Pulse-Width-Modulation and an inductor.
If you make a boost voltage converter then it will step down the current.

It is a a step down converter, not a booster. It steps down voltage, not current.

Voltage from solar panel is about 13v at about 0.2a,i need to step down that voltage to 1 to 4v,to be ablle to conect it mobile charger module, that works on that voltage

I have in possession a dc voltage booster, wich has no use in this setup.so i have ordered a step down module that wi come in 3 weeks. So tho save time i thought it is possible to convert booster to step down modulr.
Is it even possible?
Thank you

show us a label or other info on that charger to confirm the voltage

OK there seems to be a lot of confusion to what you really wanted .... your first post, you said you wanted a voltage booster but you showed a buck converter (step down)
and that is why everyone has been telling you that the pic you showed in the first post wasn't the correct unit

so you are now saying that you really do want a step down converter ??
if so, then that is what you have

He also said he wanted "To dc step down current", not to step down the voltage.

I have never seen a "mobile charger" that works from a voltage as low as "1 to 4v", they all use 5V.

I showed 2 pictures, of booster and of step down module, but i edited and deleted it by mistake.
I put 2 pic for you guys to se the difference.
Here is the pic of charger, but he is irrlevant for my problem

yes agreed

so reread my Q and answer that please :)

It is silly to step down the solar panel voltage that is too high to 1V-4V that is lower than you need then boost it back up to 5V.
