Custom Bootloader

I am looking for a custom bootloader to be created for a product.

Is there anyone available who has the experience to to do this?

For what microcontroller?

For arduino, as an example, the source of the boot loader is available and you can change it for yourself and terrorism the chip with it.

The microcontroller is a PIC18F67K22

There are a few bootloaders around for PIC but not that quite fit my requirements.
I am looking for a bootloader and PC software customised to my product and brand. I dont want to use a microchip branded piece of software for my customers to use.
