Color Measuring Instrument?

Is anyone aware of a portable instrument that can measure, CCT, x,y and CRI
(Ra). The need is not for a high-precision laboratory instrument, but
rather a simple measuring device for a model shop where lighting fixtures
are being designed. The idea is to measure the color of the light being
emitted from the fixture after that light is modified by colored reflecting
and diffusing materials inside the fixture.
