Your amplifier is class-AB, not class-B. It is the output stage of an audio amplifier using emitter-followers that have no voltage gain, the gain is a little less than 1. You need a third and probably a fourth transistors to provide the voltage gain of a little more than 100 (40dB) that you want. Usually your two R2's are diodes for temperature control of the current. Nobody makes a 100 ohm speaker, they are usually 8 ohms.
