I and the others would be interested to know how you came to that figure and what is included for that ?
it may be close or it may be wildly out without pricing all that is required, anything by anyone is just a guess
I think we have gone about as far as can be done for this topic ... there are just too many variables that cannot be accounted for
time to close the thread to avoid any more speculation
