If you are looking for "Zero voltage switching" (ZVS), you did not look
very hard. Look at Texas Instruments, Fairchild Semi, On Semi and ST micro,
they are the big suppliers.

I'd probably use a microcontroller, as I often do for things such as
PID zero-voltage switching temperature control, but if you don't like
that answer you could simply use a "PWM" circuit driving a
zero-voltage switched optoisolator or SSR.

Include International Rectifier as well. They are specialists in ZVS
IC's and MOSFETS, eg.
