Hi!

I am trying to understand a macromodel for an op amp but they keep talking
about the zero stage of the common mode stage and so on... Could anybody
explain me what the zero stage (alternatively the pole stage) of let´s say
the input of an op amp is? They are talking about the poles and zeros of
what function? the transfer function? And what does the equivalent circuit
for the zero stage mean?

Thanks in advance,

figueroa.

Hmm
not sure, sounds like a little electronic slang to me how ever.
they could be talking about the +/- supply's and NULL point on the
input NULL point being 0 volts at the input and the poles being the
+/- side of the supplies.
that is just a guess..
