Please let me know any part no of the zener diode which can be used
with fast varying output. i.e. with lower capacitance. or where can I
find that.

I want to use zener diode for frequency of 3 Khz

Ajay.

Could you tell us more about your application where normal
zehner diodes are too slow ? And perhaps something about
the voltage and current capabilities.

how about a fast low capacitance switching diode in series with a slightly
lower voltage zener?
You could always bias the zener to with a pul up resistor and even add a
capacitor, then u have a nice diode clamp, or you could even have a voltage
divider instead of the zener.

Or use a PNP BJT emitter with a voltage divider (~3.2V) to the base
and the collector grounded. Something like a 2N4403 should be okay up
to 1MHz or so.

Not really, you don't. You want a device that clamps quickly. It doesn't
really have to be a zener. Am I right?

The LT1004 is fairly fast. Some TVS diodes are fast but you have to feed
them a lot of current to get a really sharp edge.

You could use a Schottky diode to a regulated voltage.

If the voltage is high enough, you could use a spark gap.
