Hi,

This is driving me crazy!!!

I've been looking everywhere trying to identify a smd from an lvds pcb. The part has AK NE 16 (the 16 is written sideways). Looks like a SOT-23 and i think it's probably just a small signal npn transistor. I just can't be sure....... can anyone help please!!

Find somebody with an old Tek575 and do a curve analysis on it, then match the characteristics in a catalog....takes a little effort but thats better than losing your mind, true?
