yellow and red blotches on lcd and monitor

Hi all,

New to site and hoping i'm posting in right area. I have had issues with blotching on both my lcd hdtv and my pc monitor for over 5 months..thought it was Bell Express issue but it's not..tried all sorts of power bars/cables/etc...now being told it may be electronic interference or something of that nature.

Just wanted to post some pics of the problem and hope some of you may know what it is and what is causing it...all the local stores in my area have zero clue..the blotches become permanent (took tv to friends housew when bought, no blotches, then took it home, blotches..took it back to friends house blotches still remain).

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated!!!

I posted just before holiday break so hoping that is the reason nobody can shed some light on this mystery
