Yamaha RX-V995 Receiver Problem

I was playing my Yamaha for several hours. The unit got really hot and shut off. Now, when I try to turn it on, it shuts off right away. Is there an easy fix? Or is this a goner?

If it really comes on, but then shuts off ... Sounds like it's trying to protect itself.

Be sure to let it sit for a day or so UNPLUGGED.

Unplug all speaker wires and everything and try it (just use internal FM radio and headphones).

Unless it's a fuse, (or something above) it likely won't be an "easy fix".
