When we used xr2206 the square wave's amplitude does not changing it was fixed. But the sine wave and triangle works fine. How to solve this? And why the square waveform is not perfectly squared it is slightly inclined on its top and bottom part.? Any advice there? Thankyou !

RA = 200 ohms (not potentiometer)
And instead of 2M ohms I used 1M ohm potentiometer
And No symmetry adjustment pot 25k

Phase shift from a coupling capacitor usually causes a squarewave to have tilt. Your schematic from the datasheet does not show an output coupling capacitor so maybe your oscilloscope is set for AC then its input has a coupling capacitor.
