WTB: monitor adapter 15-pin to 25-pin (Sydney)

Hi,

I need to find an adaptor to suit my Dell Inspiron 1100's 15-pin
female monitor out, to an old data projector's 25-pin female monitor
in.

I have searched with no success, tried Jaycar, Tandy, Dick Smith, PC
shops, etc.

Can anyone please help?

sounds almost like the unit has got a macintosh monitor input connection.
the macs use a 2 row plug, how many pins i can't tell you, rather than a
HD15 pin 3 row plug that PC's use... not sure if that would be any help to
you. perhaps someone with a machintosh and a monitor cable might be able to
confirm my thoughts.
