Hello MC,
if you happen to get off the train at Asquith, you might like
to take a look in one of the three household junk shops in
that strip of shops opposite the station. In the save the children
fund shop, or a name something like that, the most northerly
junk shop, there is a 68000 book. Red striped, thin soft cover.

Down the steps at the back of the shop there is a shelf with
computer bits and pieces, old printers, old rubbish typewriters.
At eye level, left hand side of shelf, you will see the book.

I know you didn't ask for 68000 but I thought I had better
let you know anyway.

Just changing the subject. What interesting items have
you got for sale at the moment?

I picked a medium size microwave oven off the footpath.
Up my way, it is council clean up time. I like to rescue
the power transformers from these things. I made the
mistake of plugging it in to see if it works. It does!
So now, I don't have the heart to rip the transformer out
of it. If anyone would like it for warming pies at the factory
or whatever, then they can have it. Free! Take it away.

Next time I pick up another oven, I will try not to test it. :)

Cripes, I am in a good mood today. Three posts in one day
and even managed to thread drift with in the same post.
