    An app dirctly made for this module: probably not.
    The bluetooth module communicates with the driver board via a serial UART protocol (as can be seen by the description of the interface connection labelled TTL UART /bluetooth). The serial protocol is described in chapter 6 of the manual you linked. You can use this description to write your own control app. Bluetooth is only used for tunneling the serial protocol. The app therefore only has to open a UART tunnel over the bluetooth connection and send a few comparatively simple commends to control the servos.

    Chapter 5.4 of the manual you linked to shows the connection. The bluetooth module is inserted into the black connector next to USB and power:
