There are lots of researchers trying to find some magical condition/addition like vibration, sunlight to increase disassociation of water. Lots of claims but little rigorous documentation to backup claims. You need to be extra careful in measuring your results like claims about regeneration of energy from inductive kickback you might think your meter is reading a result but it might be a defect in the measurement method. So you need to conduct extra validation like seeing what work it will do in say electro reducing salts to a metal or using calorimeters. Do this and still have a result and you will develop more interest in your claims. Like the cold fusion process where glass balls were nickel plated then palladium plated you can have a electrochemical battery type circuit adding heat, All avenues need to be considered. Still I want a oxyhydrogen torch myself just for the uses that high temperature it produces can be used, crystal growth, boules, lots of uses
