Will this charger work with this battery?

Hey all, I'm working on a project that involves a lithium battery this is the one I've found would probably work for me.

I've been looking for a charger and I've been told this would work.

Will this properly charge the battery? At 5A will it take a super long time to charger?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It certainly looks like it works. I would expect it to take 5 to 6 hours to charge a fully discharged 20AH battery at its max current of 5A.
