Will these light up?

    The rocker switches are designed for 12 V. I assume the "design" is a simple series resistor to limit the current through the LED. At 9 V the LED will probably still light up but not as bright as at 12 V.
    You could just try or ask the seller wheter the LEDs are visible enough at 9 V.

    The part of the rocker switches that switches the power will work at 9 V - this should be no problem.
