LOL. Ain't that the truth.
Bullshit. Any proto tech worth his salt would be intimately familiar
with the shape, size, color, etc. of each and ANY unmarked components,
and would be sure to place them correctly. ALL of them. So ANY
troubleshooting procedure would include knowing the pcb was built right.
So, ALL values should be known, and any circuit probing should have
known expectations.
So, if he can't keep that triviality together, he has no business
building protos.
