Why are reesistance like 100 ohm connected between CLKp and CLKn in a processor/contr

    when I reffered to a datasheet a broadcom 8 port switch.... The Pins PLL_REFCLKp and PLL_REFCLKn are connected to a 100 ohm resistance. when I referred the data sheet it says "the input has internal AC coupling capacitors which requires a 100 ohm differential termination on the board and requires a DC biasing".
    Could someone explain this point
