Where to find the right led counter?

Hello! I have just started a new project and need some help to find parts. I need a 2 digits led counter. It has to be able to count up when it gets an input signal, and count down when it gets a signal in another port. It also have to open an NC relay when it hits zero, and keep it open until it hits more than zero.
Anyone knows where to find it, or how to make it? Thank you a lot for helping!

No, and I don't think you'll find one off-the-shelf that does. You'll either have to modify the module or design one from scratch.
