Where to buy PICkit2 in India?

Hi friends,
I want to buy a Microchip PICkit2 programmer online and I am in India. Can any one please suggest me a good online store to buy it, in microchip website the price is in usd, and this is annoying for my transaction as i pay by a DD. Please do suggest me a online store in India to buy the product and similar PIC controllers.

I bought one from an on-line store in China. No idea if they deliver to India.

There are a number of people here who are from India, so maybe a change to the title will help (I'll just do that)
