There is what looks like an Allen screw that goes in the hole on the top of the part but it's got a flat head top instead of a hexagon top for Allen key. It comes all the way out. Inside is not threaded but has metal notches on the plastic and as u thread the screw in it goes down one notch with each full turn of the screw I'm assuming. There's 6 pins total. Two pins are connected to the part housing so I know those are ground but idk what the other 4 pins are. I was thinking maybe some sort of potentiometer but I'm not sure. Any info would be appreciated. Not a great camera so I can't get pic of inside where the metal notches are but I'll get whatever I can. Only thing on the part is on the one side and it says V053 and then right below that it says G98-

Also if you know the specs of whatever it is or a link to the datasheet that would help a lot. Thank you.

it's a ferrite core .... they are quite brittle and easily snap if too forceful trying to turn them

I can pretty much guarantee they WILL NOT be metal notches as that would totally mess up the tuning. The notches will part of the inner surface of the plastic former that the wire windings are on.

no not a pot ... it isn't a resistor ... there will be 1 or 2 coils that are mutually coupled by the ferrite core that you removed

they may be a generic part and discoverable ... but possibly more likely a specialist part for a manufacturer
