    Welcome to EP!
Several components are shown. Which one, and why do you think it is broken?

    hi man thank youuu
I forgot to highlight it .I mean it completly fell off and lost with screw driver , its on left side of left button
it was acually ;-) you can just see board contacts now
its similar to those two black components in other image which is named f1

Seems the missing component is above the S/N bar code in first picture.
What is printed on the smaller black component (resistor) in the second picture ?

I don't see any letters on resistor :-!
that's odd if key still works without it?!

thanks for investigation I really apprecate ,I think you are right
but the question is why buttons are still working?!
most of the circuits diodes act as the only way current flows to block current in reverse dirrction
I m really confused , there is a f1 (diode) for every button in board(power home back etc)

Though the missing part may be the same as the one the arrow points, the parts arrangement is not the same at theese two points.

I can not tell for sure.

    Hope iv'e helped :)

not likely a zener in that location, a plain diode would be more likely
