Why should anything happen? Think about what the other transistors do.

Q3 will conduct and Q4 won't conduct, but high current may damage the Q3 transistor.
My ques is if i use power mosfet, what wil happen either motor get damage or mosfetwill get damage? and How?

Replace Q4 with a link. Assume all transistors are off.

Now go through all the combinations of turning transistors on (start with turning one on at a time.)

    Where does the current flow?

Consider what could damage the motor. Is there anything?

Now you know what will happen if any single transistor is turned on, what will happen in practical use? (for this you need to understand how an H-Bridge is used)

Neither transistor will conduct with zero base current.

Think about what harald said again.
