What power supply would I need for this and how would my circuit look like?

I am making a project involving a LED, a fan, a switch and a Potentiometer and I since I am a new at this, I am having trouble picking a power supply for this.

Is this one good for this project or would be powerful enough?
http://www.amazon.com/Power-Adapter-Supply-2-1mm-CCTV/dp/B00452YFZU

The LED specs:
12VDC
20mA
1.5mcd
has a integrated resistor

Fan:
Rated voltage 12VDC
Voltage range 10.2-13.8
Rated current 0.32A max
Rated Power 3.84W max

I would like to know how to turn on the LED when I turn on the switch but not effect the speed of my fan. I also wouldn't want the Potentiometer to affect my LED either. How would I do that? Thank you!

what switch?

1amp is fine for your requirements... there should be no dimming or anything if wired correctly. ..

this switch needs to be rated to handle the combined load... 0.5a or so

What is the purpose of the potentiometer? A standard pot will burn out if you try to pass 0.32A through it. A pot able to handle that sort of current will be expensive.
