This is in an AM/FM radio in the tuner circuit it has on it Sony A376 and below that n5, has 4 legs on it and no markings on the circuit board. I have tried cross reference with no luck, also tried the Sony web page. It looks like a transistor but has 4 legs on it

its likely to be a 2SA376

all the info I could find is ....

2SA376

FVG
Various
pnp transistors,transistors
FVG, 2SA376, Ge, PNP, 60mW, 22V, 10mA, 85>C, 50MHz, 0.4, 48T, SOY, TO72-2

2SA376

Germanium PNP
N/A
pnp transistors,transistors
Category: Germanium Transistor, PNP Transistor, Transistor
MHz: <1 MHz
Amps: 0.01A
Volts: 22V

there were no pdf datasheets

for you future reference most japanese transistors drop the first 2 characters on their devices

B500 = 2SB500; D380 = 2SD380 etc etc

2SAxxxx and 2SBxxxx are PNP transistors
2SCxxxx and 2SDxxxx are NPN transistors

2SKxxxx, 3SKxxxx are FETS either single or dual channel

cheers

an added afterthought, you said it had 4 pins...

a lot of the old metal canned transistors had a shield pin

so emitter, base, collector and shield
