Hi,
There is a small SMT blown out on my camcorder (Sony, TRV-17). This
part has two terminals. One is connected to battery input, the other
connects to a SMT IC SSOP8 package. In order to know the blown part, I
want to know the principle of the IC. There are two lines on the chip.
First line: D15;
Seconde line: S84239.
I have searched on the web (for example, google, icmaster.com,
digikey) and no success. Any one can help me?

Thanks in advance

One pin of the blown part is connected to battery input, the other
connects to PIN 7 of the SMT IC SSOP8 package. The IC looks like a
power chips.

Can you help me?

Thanks

It might help if we had a picture, that is, a link to one posted
elsewhere.
