What is this component????

Can someone tell me what this component is. I couldn't get the camera to focus on the print that's on the component but the top part says 473k. And then below that it is a capital IH and then right next to that is what looks like a solid colored circle with a minus sign in it and then a capital T right next to that. M pretty sure it's a capacitor but don't know what kind or n e thing. Please help. Thank u.

it's a variety of mylar capacitor 473 = 47000pF = 0.047uF ..... non-polarised
