Top of chip - wsi PSD312-B-21

I think it is a 512kb ram, but I would like some more info. Google
seems to turn up nothing, thanks, Eric

Weren't they those glue logic devices that combined EPROM, RAM and a PLD
to save a few devices back in the days of standalone microprocessors?
IIRC the development kit cost 1 arm, 1 leg and 1 nod of the head, and
the devices a little more than the stuff they replaced, which rather
restricted their spread.

Thank you all for the assistance. I was planning on trying to use it
but if the developers kit is so outdated (and expensive) then I will
probably just go for something a little simpler.
