Reactive power=E2/X. I got the answer as 44.23mW

What is E2? It is nowhere in your post #1. Do you mean Vrms²?

Your answer is correct, but you should take into account the phase angle. What is the phase angle in your circuit? Why is your answer correct without having the phase angle in the equation?
