what is it and what dose it do

so i got a grab bag from jameco.com and i have no i dea what some of the items are or what they do. hears one

It's one of these.

68 ohm bussed resistor. One lead s common, the rest are connected to it via 68 ohm resistors.

Thick film resistor network, 680Ω isolated, not bussed.
