    steps?

note : the signal become very bad after about 3 km or higher of the
rg-06 coaxial cable there are some amplifiers but I want to build a
strong one with my self if there is any practical tutorial which I can
used to select the correct components for the power amplifier which I

  2. If you are going 3 KM, you will need video equalizing amplifiers to
boost the high frequency response. You will probably need one at each
end, and one (or more) in between might also be advisable.

    These should be available commercially.

the amplifier will require a bandwidth of at least DC - 4 MHz.

You might find that a modulator and receiver might cause fewer problems
with the added bonus of sending audio. Baseband video over 3 kilometer
will also have hum issues as well.
