Does anyone know about these two specific electronic kits
from the Hakko soldering tutorial,
perhaps identify the manufacturer by the label?
Voice Changer Kit with M6322 VCXO

I ordered an assembled telephone voice changer, made in China,
that I thought might use the above kit board and components.
I was wrong.
