What does 0844A mean on a dryer thermistor?

    Hi all

I've taken out a thermistor from a Hotpoint tumble dryer and it has a main marking in white labelled 0844A, and one on the plastic housing labelled 77J22CR.

What do these labels refer to, and what should be the resistance at room temperature typically?
