What do you want to use it for?

The latter one is a rework station that is fine for small through hole and surface mount jobs. The former one looks like its for BGA? (hard to tell from the picture)

Be aware that if these are the cheap Chinese brands that they are built to a price. Expect the occasional failure and make sure you can get replacement parts.

You still don't mention the type of soldering you'll be performing.

Hakko are a good manufacturer. Some of the options are discussed here. And a video comparing a real one to a Chinese knockoff is here.

Having said that, I own a Chinese knockoff and it's OK -- but it has failed once.

Hakko is a good quality band that lasts and has a variety of stations in a range of prices depending on what you want to do etc. Here is a link to a few to a site that I found with their products. You can compare and see which one is the best fit for you.
